Aspérges me, Dómine, hyssópo, et mundábor: lavábis me, et super nívem dealbábor. |
Thou shalt sprinkle me with hyssop, O Lord, and I shall be cleansed: Thou shalt wash me, and I shall be made whiter than snow. |

On the first Sunday of the Passion, the Glória Pátri is
not said, but the antiphon Aspérges Me is
repeated immediately after the Psalm.
On the second Sunday of the Passion, or Palm Sunday, the Aspérges is
omitted.
| On returning to the foot of the Altar, the priest says: |

nóbis, Dómine, misericórdiam tuam. |
Show unto us, O Lord, Thy mercy. |

salutáre túum da nóbis. |
And give unto us Thy salvation. |
